Terms and conditions
All rates are quoted net.
- Rates include English speaking driver, public and passenger liability insurance, toll fees, maintenance and fuel.
- Rates do not include the use of a trailer.
- Only one collection point and one drop off point applicable. Alternatively, more than one point of pickup/drop off can be arranged by prior arrangement only.
- Porterage, tips, entrance fees, driver’s meals (3 per day for overland use only) and accommodation for client’s account.
- Guides and foreign language guides available on request at an additional charge.
- Standing fees will apply should the vehicle be kept longer than the specified collection time.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless booking is confirmed.
- All rates are subject to availability of vehicles and guides.
- No smoking or alcohol permitted on board.
- All passengers are required to have their own travel insurance as Auto Butler cannot be held responsible for any delays which may cause such travellers to miss their ongoing travel arrangements.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and full payment is expected to be made 7 days prior to departure.
- This quote is valid for 14 days from the above date.
- Auto Butler will not be held liable for vehicles running late due to circumstances beyond our control eg. Weather, traffic, breakdown etc.
- As per passenger permit issued by the local transportation board, a maximum of 13 passengers allowed per Quantum GL, APPLICATION FOR PERMIT :8344232, and to follow.

- Cancellation fees apply if cancelled less than:
- 14 day prior to departure date – 50%
- 07 day prior to departure date –100%
